I’ve had a heck of a life!

My approach is grounded equally in my ongoing education and in my own experiences. Through women-centered protocols and coaching structures, I guide women to a radically new awareness, finding clarity and empowerment to take action. We don’t just stop in finding new awareness; we consciously proceed with a practical plan to implement the new changes we decide to bring into life. My approach delivers extraordinary results in short periods of time.

I have transferred over 25 years of experience in teaching and facilitating to coaching women on how to tap into their amazing potential and reconnect with the abundance of joy, playfulness, and love through the lens of relationships.
